RRF 6.2.1 – Is it worth entering the residential tender with 100% support without a tender writer?

2021.12.09.

Our last month was about nothing but trying to guide as many of our customers as possible regarding the rather variable set of conditions of the 100% application.

Most people are skeptical about whether it is possible to solve the preparation and uploading of the application material, which at first glance seems complicated, on their own, but they are understandably cautious about paying in advance for a job with an uncertain outcome.

Soon, promises appeared on the market that would undertake the entire tender preparation work in return for a certain - often proportional to the perceived amount of work - amount, but understandably they could not guarantee the success of the tender.

At this point, many people give up the opportunity to participate in the tender, even if they could otherwise get a solar panel system worth several million forints and thus a much more favorable overhead cost.

As encouragement, let us share the experience of one of our first "100" swallows, László.

At the beginning of December, we concluded the construction contract for a solar panel system with László, and after that we registered him as our client on the appropriate interface of the application portal. After the pre-qualification, as an applicant from Fejér County, on December 8, he successfully uploaded the supporting documents necessary for the grant and received a confirmation of the acceptance of the application.

The first customer experience is that the independent application writing process is meticulous and requires a lot of attention, but it is by no means impossible, especially with a supportive construction partner.

In addition, the step-by-step video issued by the application portal has recently become available, which provides valuable assistance to enterprising clients:

Open for tenders, so let the sun shine on everyone!
